　　土耳其是一个旅游大国，每一寸土地都是很好的风景，每一处风景都有自己的特色。如果夏天去土耳其海边度假，可以选择土耳其地中海沿岸的海滩，冬天可以去土耳其的山上滑雪。在土耳其随处都可以买到非常有特色手工制品，土耳其的地毯、皮质品世界闻名。

　　如果让我推荐一个最值得中国人去的地方，我会选伊斯坦布尔。她是全世界惟一一座地跨欧亚两洲的城市，有2600多年历史，是三个王朝的首都（罗马帝国、拜占庭王朝和奥斯曼帝国），三个王朝留下了很多文物古迹，教堂、清真寺、博物馆、宫殿……伊斯坦布尔本身就是一个很美的海边城市，人民富裕，购物很方便，她有世界上少见的大型室内市场，夜生活也很丰富。

　　Turkey is a big tourism country. Every inch of land of our country is a beautiful scene and has its own characteristic, so it’s really hard to tell which is the best. You can choose the beaches along the Mediterranean Sea if you want to spend summer vacation in Turkey, and of cause you also can ski in the mountains in winter time. I know Chinese travelers like shopping, and they can buy handicrafts with distinctive features everywhere. Turkish carpets and leather products are well known in the world. If I could recommend a destination which is preferred by Chinese, that is Istanbul. Because it is the only city in the world which stretches across the continents of Europe and Asia.

　　Istanbul, which once served as the capital for the Roma Empire, the Byzantium Empire and the Ottoman Empire, already has a history of more than 2,600 years. It has many historic sites, such as churches, mosques, museums and palaces. Istanbul is also a beautiful seaside city which has a rare large-scale indoor market in the world and colorful night life. People are prosperous here and shopping is convenient.

　　I am fully confident of the development of tourism industries in our two countries in the future. I think more and more Chinese travelers will come to Turkey for a visit, because we have a deep friendship between us and the tourism resources in both of our countries are abundant. Our embassy will try our best to popularize Turkish tourism in China.
